First, let me give you an idea of how your day will look. These times are flexible depending on when you wake up. If you are preparing your juices to take to work. Drink your lemon/ginger hydration while preparing your other juices to take with you. Remember to double the recipe for Juice 2 and 3 if you won't be home by 4:00. Try to store them sealed and chilled in mason jars until you are ready to enjoy them.
