Here's a super refreshing way of getting your water. It keeps me away from carbonated beverages and it's easier to make than iced tea. I make this in the morning and make sure it is empty by bedtime. Ingredients:
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
1 inch ginger root
That's right. It's the same ingredients as my morning lemon/ginger shot. Method:
Squeeze lemon juice into a NutriBullet cup.
Add 1 inch sliced ginger root.
Add water and mix.
Strain contents into a pitcher 3/4 full of water to make a full pitcher and store in the fridge.
